Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from FashionResorts. If something isn't quite right, here's how our returns and refunds process works.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

None — we do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Condition for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@fashionresorts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will provide you with the return instructions.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected and the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return window for size or color exchanges only, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@fashionresorts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and assist you.
